Refund policy

All Zaluca items are made to order, printed specifically for you when you place your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing, or change of mind.

 

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at support@zalucastore.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
